Maybe: It's possible that alphagan (brimonidine) can lower iop 25 to 28% lower which would get you to the upper teens at best. Sometimes there is an extraordinary response and your pressure may even get lower. My biggest concern is how effective was the latanoprost? Your iop is still rather high and i would make sure there was at least a 25 to 30% response with it. Some people don't respond as well to it. Discuss.

Doubtful but maybe: Latanoprost is excellent 1st choice. Alphagan (brimonidine) great 2nd agent but doesn't usually lead to profound reduction. Keep following your doctors advice. Other agents ; lasers available if you need them.
