Im 21 years old. i got brown spots on my left right thigh and now the spots have spreaded all ver my back and still spreading on my shoulders. since the spots are on my entire back my back is itchy maybe its tinea versicolor? help me out?

The skin lesions produced by tinea versicolor are often found over the upper portions of the trunk, rarely over the lower extremity. And the majority of affected patients feels no or slight itching. See your PCP.
