tingling/itchiness in the same spot between left shoulder blade and spine. i also feel mild pain in the same spot when sneezing. this seems to be trig?

Muscular vs disc: If you have pain that traverses the spine with sneeze could be a slipped disc but also could muscular tightness or spasm from bad posturing. Can try NSAIDS with supervision of a doctor if confirmed. Also compresses and exercises for the back to improve posture.
