Is it okay to get both upper and lower wisdom tooth extracted in one go/sitting?

If one is healthy and not medically compromised, than yes. If one is anxious, afraid of much pain, and can't miss work and worried abut complications, than do only one part of mouth at a time. If the surgeon says the lowers are impacted and need bone surgery than do only quadrant at a time.
