There is no need: If the area is clean and tissues are healing there is no need to have re sutured after the 5th day , there is no blood because the socket is healing..

Normally not a prob: The sutures (stitches) normally placed these day are dissoluble and end up coming out on their own. If there is pain, discomfort, or swelling, i would call the office asap.
