Nausea and chills (on off) for past month got worse towards a week ago. got blood work done all normal and felt better this week. had anal last night, woke up to go toilet and kept nearly blacking out had to lie flat. im nauseous and dizzy today??

The cause of these symptoms can be one of many and needs to be better investigated then just 'blood work' eg a good physical and if needed additional tests and cant be diagnosed in this forum without that. Pl see a doc who will do that. Hope you feel better
