Prasosin: Is a blood pressure medicine used off label for ptsd . If off it then restarting you will feel the blood pressure effects. You will get used to it. Drink lots of fluid and change positions very slowly. Please don't start and stop meds without your docs advice.

Not unusual: It is usual to start prazosin at 1 mg and slowly build up. It's also possible that 3 mg will always be too much for you. The main side effect is low BP with attendant symptoms (as you had) since it's primarily used as a BP lowering medicine.
