I wouldn't hang my hat on the positive influenza A test and I believe that the staph is only colonization & not true infection. I feel you have a viral infection. Also get checked for infectious mononucleosis. Augmentin has no value in any of these scenarios. Gonorrhea & chlamydia can be diagnosed by a throat culture. If not improving consult an ENT specialist. Appropriate testing will be done.
