The CA125 is not a good screening test and can be elevated from menses and endometriosis, among other things, so with a normal US it is not very suspicious. Much more detail of your history is needed, along with an exam, which is beyond the scope of this forum.

With above symptoms work up should expand, specifically a repeat clinical exam, imaging and/or consideration for colonoscopy if imaging (CT abdomen/pelvis) remains non diagnostic, in trying to find an explanation for your symptoms. Your general practitioner should be able to further coordinate. If findings correlate with the abnormal CA125 time will tell.
