Most likely normal: These symptoms can occur with plan b but also early pregnancy. Take a pregnancy test. Plan B can cause irregular menses due to increase in hormones and then withdrawal and an irregular cycle can sometimes occur. For constipation Make sure to drink plenty of water, eat foods high in fiber like fruits and vegetables, and consider a stools oftener like solace or miralax.
