How does oraquick always miss up to 5% of positive infections? people buy the tests after 3 months, 6 months and even years and they cant rely on it? even if risk was high exposure 5% is alot. some people dont like needles or have a irrational fear?

Oral fluids have far less HIV antibody than blood, so it's harder to detect and therefore more difficult to develop a test that detects every infection. That's just the way it is; it has nothing to do with whether or not people "like" needles or fear them.
