I'd be hard pressed to consider this a side effect of your colonoscopy a month ago. I've seen long-lasting bowel pattern changes after a colonoscopy but not ongoing diminished appetite. Has your gastroenterologist advised you what your symptoms could indicate? If poor appetite and fatigue continue, consult a specialist in internal medicine for s workup.

I wonder why you had STD test with these symptoms. Both nausea and fatigue are non specific symptoms. You need a good history and physical exam to find reason. Pl see such a doc. Good luck
