A member asked:

When to take mirtazapine 15mg and tamsulosin 0.4mg at bedtime? can they be taken together or do they need to be separated?

They both can lower your blood pressure a bit and can be taken together but the BP effect is then additive. However, plenty of people take them both together at night. Just keep an eye on how it affect the blood pressure.

They can be taken together. When you are prescribed a med pl let your doc know of other meds you take and ask the same question you asked here to avoid worries and any particular way your doc wants you to take it. I hope you do well
