Im having severe menstrual pain & thigh pain. i do not want to go to the dr and get a pelvic exam. i cant. what can i do? im 23, and i bleed so much. it hurts so bad and i need help? it cant be a sti?

If it hurts so bad, than you need to seen by your OBGYN doctor. You may not need a pelvic exam, but you can't treat yourself. A professional exam and diagnosis is recommended.
