After the endo and colon about 2 mnths ago, severe abd and stomach pains & cramps, rect and vag bleeding. scopes were normal. ct scan and ultra showed mild fae load. pain comes and goes at pelvic,back & constant pain in stom & leg. what can this be?

Hard to say. If scopes completely normal & blood work & urine specimen & CT scan essentially normal I would wonder about irritable bowel syndrome: those patients have hypersensitivity of the nerves in the GI tract & can have a lot of pain & cramping. High fiber diet, fluids, aerobic exercise, adequate sleep, stress management if applicable, & certain meds can help that .
