Hi, i had gallbladder surgery 2 weeks ago. before surgery, i was dealing with fatty, bloody stools. after surgery, nothing seems to have changed. is this normal or common to experience after gallbladder surgery for a certain period of time?

I don't think we can attribute bloody stools to prior gall bladder pathology or usual postoperative symptoms. If a gastroenterologist wasn't involved in your case preoperatively, one should be involved now because of bowel abnormalities.
