Bowel irregularity: is common after gallbladder surgery. Constipation often occurs from narcotic pain medication. Stop pain medication, drink more water, use a laxative if necessary, avoid fried fatty greasy foods for a while. See your surgeon for follow up and call them if rhere are problems.
