Does minocycline make your urine bubbly? every time i drink water there is less of these bubbles and i only drink 4 bottles of water a day.

Minocycline: i am not aware of this side effect. It sounds like this may be more a symptom of dehydration with you since it is better with more hydration. Regardless, this bubbling is harmless.
