Hi my blood test showed serum igf1 level is 320 that is higher than normal range and i am 31 years old ,i am just wondering how bad the level is ,is it too high or slightly high? and last mri showed bulky pituitary gland.is igf1 level indicate tumor?

Normal IGF-1 level by UPTODATE: for ages 25 to 39: 114 to 492 ng/mL; 14.9 to 64.5 nmol/L (SI). You did not put down the unit of your lab report so I do not know if the level is high or not. You can correlate and if the level is high then you may have a pituitary tumor with likely high level of growth hormone which results in a disease caused acromegaly. Good luck.
