This was the result of my recent brain mri where they were looking for tumors. "heterogeneous hypoenhancement without a well-defined nodule at the central inferior aspect of the pituitary gland" what does this mean?

Maybe a bump on your pituitary gland. Discuss with your Dr who has seen MRI and you. Tumors is a very broad word. Pituitary or eye or brain or skull or what?

This report is best correlated with clinical findings which prompted the MRI. As Dr. Grim comments, the best source of understanding should emanate from the physicians who know you best. Have a thorough discussion, and involve the radiologist in addition. Not feasible to interpret without looking at films and knowing more history.
