Just to make sure all the fluid and wax have gone. If so, try to increase pressure in the middle ear by taking a deep breath, then clamp your nose with 2 fingers and forceful breath out with your mouth closed. This is the maneuver you used to do after the airplane lands and your ears are clogged. Do it a couple times and see if the symptoms resolve. Good luck.
