Swimmer's Ear: You may have some residual fluid in your ear from the Acu-life flushing. Suggest trying an OTC swimmer's ear treatment for your symptoms.

Get examined: Ringing in the ears could be a sign of fluid behind the ear, nerve issues, ear drum trauma. Best to have your ears and drums examined by your physician. Good luck
