This is not a standard format for RPR results. RPR results usually are expressed as "negative" or "nonreactive"; or if positive, with a titer like 1:4, 1:16, 1:32 etc -- with higher numbers indicating more strongly positive results and more likely active syphilis. Re-read your report and ask again with more detail.
