Syphilis testing: All syphilis is "bad": it is a very dangerous infection, even if causing no symptoms at this time. However, low positive results might indicate you were treated without knowing it, e.g. if you received certain antibiotics for other infections. Or it might be a false positive test, so confirmatory testing is needed. Discuss w/ your doctor, or best to see an STD or infectious diseases specialist.
