56 y/o female. post menopause, gallbladder removed 3 yrs. tsh typically between 4.5-4.9. t3 and t4 low end normal after taking gaba supplement 125mg in evenings for sleep, next tsh was 3.90 does gaba help thyroid or artificially just lower tsh?

No, GABA supplement does not affect thyroid function or interfere with the lab result of TSH. Take care.

No but see if anything you are taking contained biotin. Can mess with certain thyroid tests. Always tell dr EVERYTHING you take. EVERYTHING.
