Recently had 2 tranfusions due to low hgb (below 7) now a momth ater i had blood test done that states my hgb is now 16.3 ! is that possible? i have not plied myself with tons of iron rich foods, but do take a fermented iron pill daily?

What was the cause of the anemia in the first place? Not due to too much iron. I would discuss with Dr and ask if it should be repeated.
