Is this service good for state disability certifications?

This is a public information site where volunteer docs from around the US answer questions about health issues from around the world. It does not offer notes/scripts/or other forms of direct patient care. Legal forms like those must be completed by a doc who has evaluated you.

As previously stated, this public education site answers general medical questions, BUT does NOT provide diagnoses, prescriptions, referrals, or case management. It would be blatant FRAUD if a physician who had never seen or examined you, and was not licensed in California, filled out disability papers. This must be done directly by a local doctor.
