If you are not having any difficulty breathing, it is likely ok to sleep. If you wake up short of breath, you should call 911 and go to the nearest emergency room. If you do not know what you reacted to, you should see an allergy doctor for testing. You may need to keep an epi pen if the reaction is severe. Good luck!
