swollen, dry, cracked lips for 4 days now. i have tried benadryl in case it was an allergic reaction and i tried abreva in case it was a cold sore. no?

Remember the basics: Have you also been using a lip balm like vaseline or chapstick? If your entire lips are dry and cracked, and you are feeling healthy otherwise, my first guess would be simple chapped lips.
If moisturizers are not helpful, and especially if you are having symptoms like fevers and an extremely dry mouth, dry eyes, or other whole-body symptoms, please follow-up in person.
