Im having really bad lower pelvic pain and pain in my thighs for the last 5 days. im not sure if i need to go to urgent care or not but it really hurts?

Any new or unexplained abdominal or pelvic pain needs medical attention, and with such severity you definitely should be seen before the weekend. If your personal physician can't see you, urgent care is the place to go.
