It sounds like: A UTI so i would treat it despite the testing. Are u menopausal yet? Sometimes vaginal dryness may contribute. Consider seeing a urologist for cystoscope. In the case of recurrent discomfort without tissue diagnosis i recommend the antidepressant cymbalta (duloxetine). It helps decrease ascending pain signals as in arthritis 2 help get better grip on the problem. It's miserable.
