A member asked:

Good day, my enquiry is about the possibility of realigning limb injuries sustained in 2003 to 2019. 2003: popped left shoulder. 2007 & 2019: slight twist of left leg at knee area & left wrist respectively. can anything be done to help me?

Many things possible: Many things are possible in life. That means it is possible to change the alignment of bones and muscles after they have healed after an injury. Everybody's case is a bit unique, so the process usually involves seeing one's primary care doctor for a referral to an orthopedic specialist, then imaging such as MRI's, and then physical therapy or bracing/splinting or surgery, or some combination.
