Oh so many possibilities. You will have to be seen to be diagnosed, either by your Dentist, anspecialist in Oral Medicine, or an Oral Pathology specialist. Contact a practitioner, explain hour dilemma, ask to be seen when the problem surfaces again. Probably herpetic.
