PMS ?: These symptoms all put together, sound like breast tenderness before menstruation, and can be relieved with Midol, or another over the counter PMS preparation. If your period is late, it could be early signs of pregnancy. If the cramping and nipple irritation are prolonged, could be something else. Go have a good exam at your OB and sort out the symptoms for a better answer
