I had strep june 22nd but tested negative a week later. my throat doesnt hurt anymore its been a month and 3 weeks later.. however throat still has removable white streaks (with liquid) , tonsil stones, inner white cheeks. tonsils alittle big. why?

Sounds like normal resolution of either strep throat or viral pharyngitis. Don't do anything, you're fine.
