Just diagnosed with SIBO (26 male) but no other symptoms of an underlying GI issue. Mildly elevated anylase and lipase occasionally. GI doc says the diarrhea is likely from the SIBO.. isnt SIBO usually secondary to another issue or is it idiopathic?
