You do not have a common urinary tract infection (UTI). You may or may not have an infection in your seminal vesicles, but it depends on more detail of your semen culture result -- the particular bacteria found, whether there has been a change in the appearance of your semen, and any symptoms you may have. Contamination is a frequent problem with semen culture, i.e. positive culture may be false.

Semen comes from the sperms. seminal vesicles ( where it is stored and the prostate. Urine from the kidneys via the bladder- two separate things. . So an infection in sperms will not make urine culture positive. you are very welcome
