Suffer from ibs past 3 months had strangest stools undigested food,strings, wormy looking mucous, i don't believe i can be this infestd 4 it 2 b worms?

Malabsorption: Food not being absorbed properly. Should see primary care doctor for them to get a good history, physical exam, likely order stool studies, and some blood work. May also require a upper and lower endoscopy to look at stomach and colon. Worms possibility go's up if u have been in developing countries. Simple things u can try is to avoid milk products to see if lactose free diet makes it better.
