Hi, 23, 62 185, healthy guy. for 2 few years when i pee, i dont feel my bladder empty. (i have to pee right after). my sex life is impacted, i cant hold an erection because i have to pee. im on flomax now, been on overactive bladder meds, no help?

You need to be thoroughly evaluated by a urologist if you have not. If you had seen a urologist but your condition has not improved then you should request a second opinion with a urologist in an academic center. Good luck.

Your symptoms require exam and testing by a Urologist to find the cause and not flomax without knowing the reason. Pl do so. Hope you do well
