In order to diagnose worms, you need to have a stool sample analyzed at a lab for ova and parasites. Any worms, or parasites, can then be identified and treatment given, depending on the parasite, if any, identified. If no parasite is identified, an alternate diagnosis needs to be made. You should see a GI doctor for an evaluation, including the stool sample analysis. Good luck!
