Can hiv be transmitted through the blister fluid or pus of an hiv positive person? if that fluid or pus comes into contact with the wound or mucuous membranes of any other person?

There are no data on whether HIV can be present in blister fluid; or if it can, how much. However, even HIV infected blood almost never results in transmission of the virus by contact of small amounts with wounds or mucous membranes. It's fair to assume the risk from blister fluids is zero or close to it.
