Herpes?: Recurrent blistering rash in same location could be herpes simplex virus (HSV). The arm is an uncommon site but can happen, usually HSV1. Do you have oral herpes? Risk for "herpes gladiatorum" from sports with face-skin contact, e.g. wrestling, rugby? Maybe herpes zoster (shingles), but recurrence rare at 2 mo. See MD ASAP (today); earlier the better for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
