Very low risk: This could happen, but unlikely for any one exposure. Even for the highest risk sexual exposures -- e.g. ejaculation of HIV infected semen into the rectum or vagina -- the chance of infection is roughly one in 1,000. For this particular sort of exposure, a lot lower than that.
