It could be due to the dye in Hawaiian punch powder. Just stop using it and drinking plenty of water in the next eight hours if there is no contraindication. If the urine color becomes lighter then the drink is the culprit. If urine color does not normalized in the next 24 hours after stopping this drink then you should have a urinalysis done. Good luck.

Read the label on how to mix the powdered drink. Some of the packets are meant to make a half gallon or a gallon of beverage, especially the smaller packets. It would be unusual for someone drinking a bottle of punch to have red urine but the timing of red urine, could point to taking in too much dye.
