Recently i took a blood sample for hiv rapid test and some drop of blood fell down on my skin where i had few rashes like mini pimples but the rashes have heald but not properly and there is no bleeding cut or bleeding pimple, am i safe?

Not clear if this means your own blood (of course no risk) or if you drew someone else's blood. But even if so, and even if that person has HIV, there was no risk at all that you would be infected.
