I answered your question yesterday. Calprotectin level is more sensitive for large bowel condition than the small bowel. However, if you are currently have small bowel symptoms then limited crohn disease of the small bowel is LESS LIKELY with this very low calprotectin level but it CAN'T be rule out completely.
