Yes, but…: it is possible to have Crohn disease and constipation simultaneously, and if so that could manifest as rectal bleeding. There are many possibilities besides Crohn disease, however, as to a cause of bleeding. I would recommend that you see your doctor or a gastroenterologist to help sort this out. Good luck.
