Does trace mitral, trace pulmonic, and trivial triscuspid regurgitation always get bad and worsen? i get palpitations/ chest discomfort do i not have to restrict/eat specific foods cause of regurgitation. (as im also underweight/struggling to gain?

It doesn’t always worsen. If you develop breathing difficulties , weakness or fatigue you should be evaluated by a cardiologist who can also do a follow up echocardiogram periodically. Being underweight is not a good idea and you’ve given no reason to be on a dietary restriction.
