A member asked:

Does: trace pulmonic, trace mitral, and trivial tricuspid regurgitation always get worse? how fast does it get worse? can it ever stay the same/stay harmless and very mild for many years? can some foods effect them and make them go bad fast?

No, varies person to person and can stay the same for years. Time will tell. If I were to guess I would think that a low salt diet which may lower your BP might help over time. But discuss with Dr who has seen you and the echo.
