Just recently -- 3days ago, i hit another front tooth while sleeping, and it has been aching seriously, very serious that it has affected the whole of my mouth, there was no blood when i hit it nor was there movement of the tooth..?

Many possibilities from an internal fracture to a non-vital nerve. Since the pain is still severe after three days it should be evaluated by a local dentist.
